Shipping & Delivery Policy

ViralHike, operated by ViralHike, sells digital marketing services only. No physical products are shipped and no shipping charges apply.

1. How services are delivered

All services are delivered online. Depending on the package, delivery means running the campaign on the platform, publishing or handing over the content, or sending the report. You receive updates by email and can follow every step on your private order tracking page.

2. Delivery time

Each package shows its estimated delivery time before you pay, usually between 1 and 30 days. Work starts after the payment is confirmed and the brief is complete. Most campaigns start within 2–3 business days.

3. Delays

If a delivery is going to be late, for example because a platform's ad review takes longer or a creator reschedules, we will inform you by email. If an order cannot be delivered, you receive a refund as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Delivery confirmation

When the order is complete we update its status and email you a summary or report.
