These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website ViralHike and any order you place with us. The website and the services are provided by ViralHike ("we", "us", "our"), India. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Our services

We provide digital marketing services for social media accounts: paid advertising campaign management, creator and influencer collaborations, content production, account management and analytics reports. Each package page describes the scope, the price and the estimated delivery time. All services are delivered digitally; nothing is shipped physically.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order.

3. Your responsibilities

When you order you confirm that (a) you own the linked account, page, channel or content, or are authorised by its owner to promote it; (b) the account and content comply with the platform's terms and community guidelines and with applicable law; and (c) all information and material you give us is accurate and lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights. We never ask for your account password and you must never send it to us.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price is calculated on our server at checkout; any change made in your browser is ignored. Payment is processed by our payment partner (for example Razorpay) over a secure connection. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. An order is confirmed only after the payment partner confirms the payment to our server.

5. Delivery and results

Delivery times are estimates that start when payment is confirmed and the brief is complete. Reach, engagement and growth depend on your content, your audience and the platform's algorithms, which are outside our control, so we do not guarantee any specific number of followers, likes, views, sales or other results. Ad spend paid to the platforms is part of the package only where the package says so.

6. Refusal and cancellation by us

We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the content or account breaks platform rules or the law, if the information given is false, or if we cannot deliver the service. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for cancellations by you.

7. Intellectual property

You keep all rights in the content and brand material you give us and grant us a limited licence to use it only to deliver your order. Creative work we produce for you is yours to use once the order is paid in full. The website, its design and text belong to ViralHike.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use our services for content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading, related to gambling, weapons, drugs or financial schemes, or that infringes anyone's rights, and you may not attempt to interfere with the website or its security.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by social media platforms, such as restrictions on your account.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered address shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly.
